Course Overview
An On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA) is a certified individual who can produce energy calculations, using the Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) software, for newly constructed dwellings. The calculations produce an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for new builds. An EPC is required on all newly constructed domestic dwellings in the UK when they are first sold or let.
