Course Overview
Our 1 day Remote, tutor-led City & Guilds training course will introduce you to Pseudomonas aeruginosa - its risks, habitat and subsequent control methods. This course has been designed to provide a proactive solution to Pseudomonas aeruginosa rather than a reactive approach. We will provide you with an understanding of effective hygiene practice and water management to ensure the risk of Pseudomonas aeruginosa is kept to a minimum. The course will align with BS8580-2 Risk Assessments for Pseudomonas aeruginosa and other waterborne pathogens - CoP.

Upon completing this course you will have gained a more informed understanding and increased knowledge of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to help in carrying out water risk assessments in a healthcare environment and contributing to the Water Safety Plan.
