Course Overview
This in-depth City & Guilds Assured training course has been designed to provide an overview and understanding of the statutory and regulatory inspections/maintenance tasks required within a Facilities Management contract, as detailed within CIBSE guidance. This will also cover management responsibilities, in line with Health and Safety legislation.
Who is This Course For?
This course is for Contract Managers, within the Facilities Management environment, who require a better understanding of their engineering responsibilities, when managing contracts. This will also cover the requirement for statutory and regulatory inspections/maintenance. The course covers a wide range of core areas including the following requirements; building services systems, fire safety, electrical systems safety, energy and environment, mechanical systems safety and ventilation systems.
