Roadworks Affecting Access to Malton Avenue from 14th October

We have been made aware of upcoming roadworks that will affect access to our Malton Avenue training centre, part of our Slough Campus.

Durkin and Sons Limited, working on behalf of Slough Heating and Power shared the following update:

THIRD PARTY ROAD WORKS NOTIFICATION

For the safety of road-users and our engineering teams, we will be working on Malton Avenue in two areas at the same time.

AREA 1 - The works will be outside of No. 445 Malton Avenue. This work will be done under a full road closure situation. The site will be approximately 50m long, with only pedestrian access. The work will take up to five weeks starting on 14th October 2024. Access will be from either end of Malton Avenue (Leigh Road and Buckingham Avenue).

AREA 2 - Malton Avenue by the junction of Berwick Road, the work will be done with 3-way traffic light system. This will take approximately 4 weeks, beginning on 21st October 2024.

We appreciate that this project may impact on your usual routine and would like to apologise in advance if this is the case.
