Customer Questions

Q: What is an Authorised Person?
A: An Authorised Person is defined as someone who has been formally authorised in writing to undertake a role.
Q: Is your ventilation course relevant for my staff who are not involved directly with healthcare?
A: Our Ventilation courses teach you what the safe system of work is within healthcare and is related to the healthcare environment. They deal with all forms of ventilation from AHU's to chilled beams. Though there are specific rules within healthcare, the methods learnt and the knowledge gained can be transposed into any other industry which wants to learn about ventilation. Our trainers are committed to including all delegates they train, no matter what branch of Ventilation they are from to show them how the guidance laid out in the HTMs can be relevant to their day-to-day environments.
