David Askins started as a Plumbing & Heating Engineer Apprentice, upon completion, he worked for himself for 2 years and then went on to work for the NHS starting as a Mechanical Technician. Over his 10 years of experience working for the NHS he became a Mechanical Estates Officer, with his duties including management of the Estates team & DRP water, Confined Space AP, Mechanical Pressure Systems AP & Critical Ventilation AP. Now working for PPL Training, David is passing on his knowledge and experience as a Senior Mechanical Training consultant, specialising in Critical Ventilation.
